About Ann

I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, writer, seeker, lover of animals, nature, beauty and words. Fields of Grace began as a place for me to document the joyous return of horses into my life, after my daughter was born. Over time, it has expanded to include stories about Alzheimer’s, family, writing and sweet moments of grace in my life.

I hope you’ll enjoy taking a look around. If you’d like to receive my newsletter about writing and inspiration, leave a comment and your email address below.

I am also the author of Motherhood: Lost and Found, an award-winning memoir about my mother’s descent into Alzheimer’s at the same time I was going through a series of miscarriages. The book is available in Kindle, paperback and audiobook formats.

A long-time lover of poetry, I’m honored to have four collections of poems published. You can find them here.

May you find your own moments of peace and grace.
